Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. The method of shipping is via UPS Ground (United Parcel Service) or USPS Priority (United States Postal Service). Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. has the right to change the carrier to adjust for rates and time of shipment. If your order will be held up for any reason, you will receive notification via e-mail. Please note, these notifications may end up in your spam or junk folder.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will ship the following business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from time of shipping. EXAMPLE: If ordering on a Friday after 2:00 pm PST, your shipment will leave the facility on the following Monday. When requesting special shipping instructions (ie. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day), mornings, weekends and holidays are excluded from the time of shipment unless a Saturday delivery was chosen. As an EXAMPLE: If ordering Next Day Air on a Saturday, your shipment will leave the facility on the following Monday a.m and the shipment will not be delivered until the next day, Tuesday.

Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. will ship merchandise to Canada. Any orders going to this location must be placed via phone. (714) 841-5442 Online orders for Canada are not accepted at this time. The shipping and customs cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. The method of shipping is via USPS Priority Express International and takes 5-7 business days. Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. has the right to change the carrier to adjust for rates and time of shipment.

The risk of loss, theft and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier. Please follow your order with the tracking number we provide you, so you’re aware of the delivery date and can prepare to be present for delivery.

If we may have missed something, we apologize. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. We take pride in our products, our shipping process and our packaging, so we want to hear from you if you’re not completely satisfied!
