Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. ships merchandise to locations within the 49 Continental United States, Hawaii, all U.S. Territories and Canada. The method of shipping within the U.S. is via UPS Ground (United Parcel Service) or USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). Special Shipping (Next, 2nd, 3 Day), Signature Delivery, Insured Packages and Saturday Delivery are all extra costs and are not included in Flat Rate. The method of shipping to Hawaii is USPS Priority Mail at a $15.00 flat rate. The method of shipping within Canada is USPS Priority International at a $40 flat rate. Some States within the U.S. and its Territories, as well as Canada, allow for a flat rate option only. Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. has the right to change the carrier to adjust for rates and time of shipment. If your order will be held up for any reason, you will receive notification via e-mail. Please note, these notifications may end up in your spam or junk folder.
Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will ship the following business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from time of shipping. EXAMPLE: If ordering on a Friday after 10:00 am PST, your shipment will leave the facility on the following Monday. When requesting special shipping instructions (ie. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day), mornings, weekends and holidays are excluded from the time of shipment unless a Saturday delivery was chosen. As an EXAMPLE: If ordering Next Day Air on a Saturday, your shipment will leave the facility on the following Monday a.m and the shipment will not be delivered until the next day, Tuesday.
Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. offers Free Shipping of orders of $100.00 or more. Free Shipping orders, in most cases, go by UPS Ground. This applies to the 49 Continental U.S. destinations only. The shipping and customs cost for Canadian orders is the responsibility of the purchaser, therefore a flat rate is in place to cover the cost. Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and Faces Etc. has the right to change the carrier to adjust for rates and time of shipment.
Once the order is shipped from our facility, we are not responsible for any shipping carrier delays, such as carrier technical difficulties, COVID19 restrictions and/or severe weather. The risk of loss, theft and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your product ships. Please follow your order with the tracking number we provide you, so you’re aware of the delivery date and can prepare to be present for delivery. Please note, these notifications may end up in your spam or junk folder.
If we may have missed something, we apologize. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. We take pride in our products, our shipping process and our packaging, so we want to hear from you if you’re not completely satisfied!
