Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Claims and Warranty Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another, be it similar or not.

You can return a product, other than devices, for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Device sales are final. In the event of faulty device equipment, Huntington Academy will handle the exchange or refund for the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, faulty device equipment can be exchanged or refunded directly through the manufacturer. Call Huntington Academy for assistance.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original, unopened packaging. Please keep the receipt and send a copy with your return. Any refunds will be issued in the original payment form used at time of purchase. Please allow 7-14 days after we receive your return for credit to appear on your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipments are automatically shipped to the address you provide when placing an order. Any products returned due to insufficient address or address unknown will be refunded. All shipping costs and/or damaged products are nonrefundable.

If you return an item to be exchanged, please allow 5-10 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped.

Device Warranty Information

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to register their device with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
