Class Descriptions
ADVANCED EYEBROW AND EYELINER TECHNIQUES CLASS ~ learn the tips and tricks of each procedure using the facial control points. Learn the secrets about shaping, marking and stretching. We will discuss the various methods used to achieve a beautiful and lasting procedure; as well as the various needle groups. Proper color choices will be discussed using the 3 most important factors: Fitzpatrick scale, client undertones, and client ethnicity.
(The art of “Hair Strokes” will be focused on along with a one pass eyeliner.)
A demo will be presented in this class. ~ Call to see which procedure will be highlighted~

FULL LIPS AND COLOR FORMULAS MADE EASY
~ we will discuss the 3 different types of skin surrounding the lip tissue, color theory, proper color selection, shape and techniques used to achieve a great lip. A live demo will be shown following theory. Bring your machine and supplies for practice on foam pads.

INTRODUCTION TO AREOLA PIGMENTATION AND SKIN CAMOUFLAGE
~ plastic and reconstruction surgeons are looking for qualified and talented technicians to enhance their practice. This is a must class to prepare you to work in a medical setting. We will discuss proper color selection using tri-dimensional and color washes, proper shaping and techniques used to achieve a beautiful and natural looking breast
Camouflaging is beneficial to those with small scars and loss of pigment due to accidents, aging and diseases. It can help to restore the natural pigment color to the skin and give a more natural look. Bring your machine and supplies for practice on foam pads.

EXCLUSIVELY EYEBROWS
~ you will learn designing, shaping and correcting the unflattering over tweezed eyebrows. Hair simulation verses the filled-in eyebrow, 3 dimensional color, color theory and color formulas made easy. Bring photos of problem clients to discuss in class. Bring your pencils and supplies for eyebrow placement and designing.

PIGMENT REMOVAL AND COLOR CORRECTIONS
~ corrections and removal of small areas of unwanted pigment is simply part of the tattooing process. This theory program is now recognized by many as an integral part of each technician’s training. This program examines the need for our technicians to perform corrective procedures, provides an in-depth look at saline and salt paste removal and also explores the different lasers and over the counter products advertised for removing tattoos and corrective procedures. Students in class may apply to model for a removal correction. Color Corrections – an in depth look at color and how it heals under the skin. Why do colors fade? Why do they look pink, orange, and violet? We will examine the importance of our client’s skin tone, the Fitzpatrick scale and ethnic backgrounds. Learn to choose the correct color and how to color correct when needed. Bring in photos of problem colors that we can discuss in class. Bring your machine and supplies for practice on foam pads. (This 2-part class will include the insurance protocol book and handouts.)

INTRODUCTION TO NEEDLING
~ learn the techniques used to promote collagen formation beneath the skin tissue to soften and plump facial lines for a more youthful look. This procedure also helps to flatten and break up scar tissue. Learn this exciting new and perfected procedure to add to your “Menu of Services”.

Class Times
~ Classes are held on Sundays, Mondays and occasionally on Tuesdays. Class times will be 10:00am – 5:00pm. A light lunch will be served. There will be handouts on each procedure. A “question and answer” time will follow. Bring your machine and supplies for practice work on foam pads.
Other Details
~ A $100 non-refundable deposit is required three-weeks prior to class date. (There are no exceptions.) A “Continuing Education” certificate will be given at the end of each class. There is a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 10 students per class. No refunds will be given less than 10 days prior notice to class date.
