Dear Karen,
This is such a long overdue note. I've wanted to tell you how absolutely
delighted I am with what you've done for me! I knew I would like your
work, but I had no idea when I came to you that what you would do for
me would go so much deeper than surface "beautification".
I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and I recognize the
person who looks back --- the outside matches my inner view --- what
