Welcome to the Huntington Academy Training Center
Attend seven (7) full days of Instruction
Our beginning and advanced classes are world renowned and our students arrive from all parts of the US and Europe. We pride ourselves with outstanding class curriculum and hands-on training. Our instructors have each been in the beauty industry over 20 years and in the permanent cosmetics industry 10-20 years. Our team far exceeds any other training centers. We offer a state approved program and all educators are state instructors!
By training with digital machines, we are able to provide virtually a painless procedure with less trauma and better color retention. Our students learn a clean procedure, being able to see each stroke placed into the skin without pigment puddling and pigment splatter. We feel our students excel quickly using “state of the art” digital equipment.
Our beginning classes are seven (7) full days at the academy and approximately 40 hours of home study prior to class date. There will never be more than 2 students to an instructor in each class; this will insure you of one-on-one personal attention. Each student will have a minimum of six (6) procedures. All model procedures are supervised by an instructor. NO student will be left alone. This is an intensive training program designed to prepare students to begin their career in permanent cosmetics.
The Huntington Academy is located in beautiful Huntington Beach, California just a few minutes off the 405 freeway. We are easily accessible from the John Wayne Airport, located in Orange County, the Long Beach Airport and LAX located in Los Angeles.
Our newly enlarged Academy houses a larger procedure room, for your models, and a large theory room equipped with all the latest in equipment and permanent cosmetics supplies.
A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
As a constantly evolving industry moves forward, we pride ourselves in keeping current and offering you the most up to date information. Our programs offer the student the most comprehensive theory and hand-on training in the industry today.
The fact that we opened our Training Center over 14 years ago lets us boast with pride of having students from all over the U.S. and Europe. This is an accomplishment that speaks well of our academy, certified instructors and staff that have made it happen. Our training manuals and training curriculums are ever evolving as our industry changes. We pride ourselves in having the most current information in our programs.
We carry only quality machines to meet the needs and budgets of our students. Permanent Cosmetic machines have evolved and moved into the 21st century of computerization. The digital machines offer an entire new prospective to the business of permanent cosmetics offering ease, speed and comfort to your client.
One of our biggest achievements was the development of Face Inks, our own line of permanent cosmetic pigments. After working with so many different pigment lines over the years, we have developed what we believe to be the top of the line. These pigments are strong and have great color retention when applied correctly. This is very important as so many pigments today fade to unwanted red and orange tones.
Our pigments are developed from FDA approved ingredients and formulated from one of the most respected manufactures in our industry today. Rest assured that these pigments are of top quality and will give you years of beautiful results.
In June 2007, we launched our Master Trainer Program. This program was developed to train other qualified technicians who have excelled in permanent cosmetics and are ready to move forward and begin their own training centers. This program is a complete turn-key opportunity for those who want to offer a quality program.
We have seen two remodels in our academy to enlarge the facility and give our students and models an up to date look while maintaining a clinical feeling. As of October, 2007 our second remodel of the academy affords us increased student areas and a new atmosphere for everyone attending our training center. We are very proud of our new look. Our academy also houses the newest in equipment, supplies and pigments.
We are very proud of our accomplishments over the past 14 years and excited about the many more to come. I feel truly blessed to have found permanent cosmetics and I look forward to sharing my expertise and knowledge with you and welcome you to be part of our future.

Out of Town Students
For those of you who are not from the Orange County surrounding area, our Training Center is conveniently located 20 minutes from John Wayne Airport. For those of you who choose to drive, we are minutes from the 405 freeway in Huntington Beach, California.
Lodging has been arranged with Hotel Huntington Beach and located 5 minutes from the school. A discounted corporate rate has been negotiated for our students, as well as, transportation from the airport. Return transportation to the airport is provided by the hotel as well, but only if leaving from the hotel and not from the academy. A breakfast buffet is provided by the hotel and the academy serves lunch each day. There are many relaxing activities to enjoy after class and on the week-end.
We are located at one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California and is a short 15 minutes from the hotel.
Transportation to and from the school is the students responsibility.
Models are provided by the school and scheduling begins the moment registration is received. We encourage our students to supply their own models whenever possible. This enables the student to watch the healing process.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, cash or pre approved government financing.
